Can I track my Rowdy Fan?

You sure can. If you pay for express shipping you will receive a tracking number so you can count down the minutes until it's Rowdy O'Clock.

Express Shipping: How long after I place my order can I get Rowdy?

If you live in Melbourne you can expect to get your brand spankin new fan within 2 business days.

For other capital cities: 
Sydney: 2 business days
Queensland: 3 business days
Adelaide: 2 business days 
Perth: 5 business days 
Northern Territory: 4-7 business days

Standard Shipping (free):  How long after I place my order can I get Rowdy?

2-5 business days Australia wide

Help! Auto-fill populated the wrong address!

It's okay, we can't remember where we slept last night either. Contact us as soon as you notice the error and if you can get onto us before your Rowdy Fan is marked as mailed we can change your details. If not you will have to purchase another Rowdy Fan and follow the standard purchasing process. 

 

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Can I exchange my Rowdy Fan?

So you've ordered a Hey-Ho Flamingo, but you really wanted a Yellow Pine Lover. Don't stress, we know it's hard to choose a fav. If you're not satisfied with your fan purchase or would like to choose another print you're most welcome to! Exchanges must be made within 20 days from the date of purchase. 

Exchanged fans must be free from faults, in mint condish and unused. We can't process an exchange until we have received the Rowdy Fan and have given it the once over to make sure no vodka sunrises have been spilt on it. 

Please note that return postage costs are covered by the customer and until we get the Rowdy Fan back it's your responsibility to make sure the fan doesn't get left behind at a bar! So don't take your eyes off it and remember to keep your tracking number and receipt from Australia Post.

Can I get a refund?

We don't refund purchases if you've decided you don't want to get rowdy anymore... however if you have received your fan and it's looking a little worse for wear, contact us and let us know what condition it was in when it arrived. We will contact you via email. Refund requests will only be considered within 20 days from the date of purchase.
